My Portfolio Project: A Level

 My Portfolio Project: A Level

SOCIAL MEDIA MAKE-OVER

Hey guys! So unfortunately, Spring break is over, and it's time to get back to reality. I decided to sit down and take time to re-do our social media page. Before, we had an american theme going on with the page. However, my team and I decided it would be better to change the theme because the whole documentary isn't based on American "things."

In one of the past posts, I showed the logos that Lucas made in order for our social media to look better. We ended up going with this one:

Since we chose this logo, we wanted to make the background banner something different as well. I'm testing out using one solid color to see if I like it, but I might change it. Or I'll probably add something to the blue background like a quote or a storyline of some sort. This is how it's looking like currently:

The background banner does look a little plain to me, so I might end up changing it. I also started posting more videos (ones that are included in the documentary) so that viewers/ followers can see that we're working on getting the content to them.

This is a screenshot of one of the posts, but it is a video. I haven't found out how to upload videos onto here so it's been difficult to show content like that. Moving on to another topic, I'm going to be filming more b-roll tomorrow after school. I've already asked my Dad when he's going to get another shipment delivered to the office. This can be great content for b-roll!

At the end of the week, he will be leaving to go to Venezuela with my Mom for a business trip. This could also be good content of maybe me taking them to the airport and showing the other side of having a Dad who travels a lot.

On the bright side, Lucas started editing the documentary! Let's hope that everything runs smooth for him! (Premiere can be moody at times).

More posts coming soon!
