PORTFOLIO PROJECT: TEST SHOTS
Hey guys and happy Sunday :)
Yesterday, I did some test shots with my camera. I couldn't do much because the battery was low, but I got a couple shots in. I wanted to film with my camera because I filmed the rest of my projects this year with my phone. I wanted something a little more high-quality! The camera I'm using is the NIKON D3100.
It was my mom's old camera that she used for traveling. The only thing is that I don't have a tripod for it. My mom gave it to someone else a while ago. I did mention in earlier posts that this was okay, since we wanted the shots to be handheld shots. For my CCR, I will be using my phone, because I want the shots to be still. And I have a tripod for my phone.
I have a couple lenses for my camera, but for the test shots I above I used the 18-55mm lens. I have a lens that is better for shooting small objects though, which would've been better for these test shots.
Above is a picture I took with the camera. As you can see, the quality is really good! It might be a little blurry above just because I used the wrong lens for this type of shot.
More posts to come!
